From Saturday 13 May 2023, the "ALERT" stage is implemented until 31 October 2023, implying for all users of Monaco's ports:

"Washing of boats and/or nautical equipment for pleasure or professional purposes is only authorised when it is carried out :

between 7.30am and 9am or between 8pm and 9.30pm ;
by a professional using high pressure equipment and a water recycling system".
